We get asked so many questions about weather and local resources. In fact, the Bob & Gina Show was born in response to folks calling about snow and roads conditions. We jumped on Instagram Live and reported the current conditions. Christmas Trees
Cut your own!
Stanislaus National Forest allows you to cut your own tree from the forest. Be sure to purchase and print a permit from the Forest Service before you cut your tree!
You may also cut a FREE TREE right from our store property! Inquire at the register so we can show you where the trees are. We'll give you a certificate so the Forest Service knows your tree was free and cut on private property.

April 25th marks the kickoff off our 4th season here at Strawberry General Store, and we want YOU to be part of it!
We're celebrating with a pop-up market that brings together a standout mix of makers, artists and food vendors. It’s a great day to showcase your work, connect with the community, and enjoy mountain vibes.
This year, we’re hand picking 12 vendors to ensure a diverse, well-rounded experience for our guests — think less overlap, more variety, and something special for everyone.
We can’t wait to see what you bring to the mountain!

We're here to stay!
We are excited to bring Strawberry, California back to life and have it once again become a destination. Our store is continuously evolving in many ways. We've added homemade fresh fudge, a self serve coffee bar, souvenirs and apparel and 4 public showers outside. Free wifi, RV water fill up and live music on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the summer will remain a constant. We are only 1 mile from Pinecrest turn off... Keep going East. We are a general store that tries to meet your needs. If we don't have what you are looking for, we'll try and order it for the next customer.
