Open to youth 15 and under.
Bring your TROUT from the surrounding area to us - we'll measure it from mouth to tail and snap a picture for our bulletin board and social media *with parent/guardian permission.
$2 entry fee / month
Each month the longest fish wins a $25 digital store gift card.
The Grand Prize is a Twain Harte cabin getaway!
Monthly winners are announced on the last day of each month. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted after September 1. All winners will be contacted via email.

April 25th marks the kickoff off our 4th season here at Strawberry General Store, and we want YOU to be part of it!
It will be from 11-4 on both Saturday and Sunday - weather permitting.
We're celebrating with a pop-up market that brings together a standout mix of makers, artists and food vendors. It’s a great day to for artisans to showcase their work and connect with the community, and enjoy mountain vibes.

Our mountain environment creates unique technical challenges. Sometimes the camera goes down but we check it daily and work hard to keep the feed live for you. Thank you for your patience!

We get asked so many questions about weather and local resources. In fact, the Bob & Gina Show was born in response to folks calling about snow and roads conditions. We jumped on Instagram Live and reported the current conditions. We're here to stay!
We are excited to bring Strawberry, California back to life and have it once again become a destination. Our store is continuously evolving in many ways. We've added homemade fresh fudge, a self serve coffee bar, souvenirs and apparel and 4 public showers outside. Free wifi, RV water fill up and live music on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the summer will remain a constant. We are only 1 mile from Pinecrest turn off... Keep going East. We are a general store that tries to meet your needs. If we don't have what you are looking for, we'll try and order it for the next customer.
